Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, including for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect sizing. This applies to all orders placed through our online store.


✅ Return Window

  • Customers may return defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with consumer protection laws.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition
  • Items must not be washed, worn, or altered
  • Items should be returned in original packaging, if available

🚚 Return Method & Shipping

  • All returns are processed by mail
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, misprinted, or incorrect

⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or you receive the wrong item:

  • We will replace it at no cost to you
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Photos of the item and packaging are required

🔁 Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for defective, incorrect items and non-defective items

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item
