Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, including for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect sizing. This applies to all orders placed through our online store.

- Customers may return defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

- All returns are processed by mail
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, misprinted, or incorrect
⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or you receive the wrong item:
- We will replace it at no cost to you
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Photos of the item and packaging are required

- We accept exchanges for defective, incorrect items and non-defective items

- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period will not expire if it ends on a weekend or public holiday — it will extend to the next working day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your customer account at account.slappedham.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
